Meet Masha
Hi, I'm Masha.
As a licensed Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator (NMCF) in Colorado and Oregon, my work centers on holding dedicated space for grounding, insight, and self-exploration.
My approach is deeply informed by my years in clinical practice, together with training in parts work (IFS) and somatic approaches, allowing me to bring a high level of trauma-informed awareness and nervous system insight into non-prescriptive spaces.
My own lived experience as a woman and an immigrant shapes how I show up to support your path. I am committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for adults seeking deeper self-understanding, growth, and systemic harmony.
In my own words
A few short reflections
Three brief reflections on the questions people bring me most.
Length 0:43TransformationMasha reflects on the shifts she has witnessed in people who arrived feeling stuck and hopeless, and how integration helps a new outlook take root.
Length 1:15Freedom from PatternsMasha describes the change she sees most often: a new freedom to respond instead of react, and release from the patterns and loops carried for years.
Length 1:13Integration Is KeyThe common misconception, Masha says, is that the medicine does the work. She explains why preparation and integration carry the real change.

My approach
Curiosity, compassion, and collaboration
I will work with you to explore the root elements of stress, strengthen nervous system regulation, and cultivate meaningful, lasting personal development.
I start by asking what you actually want from this, then I say plainly whether I am the right person for it. If I am, we build the arc together: preparation, the day, and the weeks after. If I am not, I tell you who might be.
Frequently asked questions
Asked, and answered plainly
Is psilocybin legal?
Psilocybin facilitation is available through state-licensed programs in Colorado and Oregon.
Are you a licensed facilitator?
Yes. I hold the Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator (NMCF) license in both Colorado and Oregon: Colorado NMCF license #47, Oregon Psilocybin Services facilitator license FL-a3655714. Both are public records with the state licensing offices.
Do you provide psilocybin?
No. Psilocybin is provided through licensed programs and facilities in accordance with applicable state regulations.
Do you offer preparation and integration support?
Yes. Preparation and integration are the heart of this work. Facilitation includes dedicated preparation sessions beforehand and supportive integration afterward, and standalone integration sessions are available for experiences you have had elsewhere.
Are these services medical or psychiatric treatment?
No. Psilocybin facilitation services are distinct from medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapy services and are provided within the scope of state facilitation regulations.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. Every engagement begins with a complimentary 15-minute consultation, a relaxed conversation about your intentions and whether working together feels like the right fit. You can book yours directly.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Facilitation services are private pay and are not covered by insurance.
Are sessions available in Russian?
Yes. Russian is my first language, and every offering, from the first consultation through integration, is available in English or Russian.
Do you offer services beyond psilocybin facilitation?
Yes. I also offer holistic wellness consultations, wellness alignment support and planning, and nervous system regulation sessions, each grounded in the same whole-person approach.

Nine Fridays in Tricycle Day: what I told their readersTricycle Day puts one reader question a week to a network of licensed facilitators. I was in nine issues running, from July 17 to September 11, and this is all nine with the longer answers attached.September 15, 2026
The piece of psychedelic wisdom I disagree withTricycle Day asked facilitators which bit of common psychedelic wisdom they would argue with. Mine is the one that hands all the credit to the medicine and none to the ordinary Tuesday that follows it.September 20, 2026
