Videos Freedom from Patterns
Freedom from Patterns
Masha describes the change she sees most often: a new freedom to respond instead of react, and release from the patterns and loops carried for years.
The word Masha returns to is freedom. Not a dramatic before-and-after, but the freedom to respond instead of react, and to step out of loops that have run on their own for a very long time.
She notices it in ordinary, human ways: relationships that deepen, coping habits that quietly fall away, people who understand themselves a little better and treat themselves with a little more care.
This clip comes from her broader clinical and psychedelic-informed practice. It is a reflection on what she has seen, not a promise of any particular result.

So the transformation can look like so many different things. I would say the biggest change I see in my patients is the freedom, the freedom of responding versus reacting, the freedom from the patterns that they have carried along with them for a very long time, and the freedom from sometimes the loops that they participated in throughout their lives.
So I would say that is the most prominent change that I see, but I also see other changes where the relationships change and the connections deepen. I see changes where people no longer participate in the coping mechanisms that might not be very helpful for them in their lives. I also see people who regain hope. I see people who finally break away from the sadness that they have carried lifelong. Or maybe people who just understand themselves just a little bit better, and people who love themselves just a little bit more.
