Psychedelic Integration

Processing, grounding, and making personal meaning of non-ordinary experiences.

When the experience is over, the work begins

A profound experience does not organize itself. Maybe it happened at a licensed session, a retreat, or a ceremony years ago; maybe it was beautiful, maybe it was hard, maybe it was both and you still cannot say why. Integration is the practice of taking what surfaced and letting it settle into your actual life: your mornings, your relationships, your decisions.

This offering is for experiences you have already had, wherever you had them. You do not need to have worked with me before, and nothing here requires or involves any substance.

What integration sessions look like

We start by telling the story properly, at whatever pace it wants to come out. Not a summary: the real shape of it, the moments that still glow or still snag. From there the work is part reflection and part practice. We might sit with a single image that keeps returning, notice where the experience lives in your body, or work out what one insight would look like as an actual change in an actual week.

Between sessions I often suggest simple anchors: writing, walking, a small daily ritual. Nothing elaborate. Integration tends to favor the modest and repeatable over the grand gesture.

What I hold, and what I leave to you

I will not hand you an interpretation. The meaning of your experience is yours, and my role is to ask honest questions and keep the ground steady while you find it. My background as a psychiatric nurse practitioner gives me deep respect for what non-ordinary experiences can stir up, and my training as a licensed facilitator in Colorado and Oregon grounds the work in a careful, regulated tradition. Integration sessions are not psychotherapy or medical care, and if what surfaces calls for clinical support, I will say so plainly and help you think about where to find it.

Sessions are available in English and Russian, one at a time or as a short series, for adults 21 and older.

Every engagement begins with a complimentary 15-minute consultation. No commitment, just a conversation.
