The process starts usually with a free consultation, and it's usually 10 to 15 minutes, where the patient and I meet over video and we see if we're a mutually good fit. So for me, it's very important that the patient feels safe working with me. So that's one of the main reasons I offer that 10 to 15 minute free consultation. So that's step one.
